I never liked boilers in bathrooms for the reasons you suggest electrical safety, rust, damp with the ever more complicated electronics of modern boilers.

Vaillant do a good range of system boilers you would be needing about a 30kw. The unvented cylinder wants to be around 210 litres in size. Good luck trying to fit it all in!!!
